You may cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase. Requests received within this period are eligible for a partial refund as outlined below.

2. Setup Fee Refund

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of service commencement, 75% of the initial setup fee will be refunded. After this 7-day window, refunds on the setup fee are subject to discretion and may vary depending on the circumstances and service usage.

3. Monthly Service Fee Refunds

Monthly service fees are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases or with prior written notice, partial or full refunds may be considered. All such cases will be assessed individually.

4. Advance Notice for Cancellations

If you intend to stop or cancel your subscription, it is highly recommended to inform us at least one month in advance. This allows us to process your request efficiently and ensure a smooth transition or deactivation of services.
