Shipping and Delivery Policy – Agentifice
1. Overview
At Agentifice, we specialize in delivering backend automation systems and AI workflows tailored to B2B clients and content creators. Our delivery process is entirely digital, ensuring clients receive their systems promptly and efficiently through secure online channels.
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful purchase and onboarding, the typical delivery time for automation setup and integration is between 3 to 7 business days. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the requirements and client responsiveness during the setup process.
3. Delivery Method
Depending on the chosen service package and client preference, delivery may take one of the following forms:
• Client-Hosted Delivery:
If the client prefers full control, the entire automation system will be delivered via email, including:
- Login credentials
- Integration documentation
- Access to Airtable bases, Make.com scenarios, and other tools
This allows the client to host and maintain the automation setup independently.
• Agentifice-Hosted System (Managed Service):
Alternatively, clients may opt to have the backend automations hosted and managed by Agentifice. In this case:
- All infrastructure is managed on Agentifice's servers or cloud accounts
- The client simply uses the front-end dashboards and workflows
- No technical setup or backend maintenance is required on the client’s end
- This option ensures faster support, seamless updates, and uninterrupted performance
Clients can select their preferred delivery method during onboarding or discuss custom arrangements during the kickoff call.
4. Support and Follow-Up
All deliveries include a walkthrough session and follow-up support to ensure smooth adoption of the automation workflows. Clients can raise any delivery issues by contacting agentifice.ai@gmail.com within 5 business days of system handover.
